Artist History 37SCDW was originally started in 1994 as a stupid alternative/punk band called Parabellum, which had a tendency to cover obscure Nirvana and Green Day songs. This original group included Brad and Don, and they went through multiple drummers (human and digital), and a singer or two. At some point, Don decided it would be a good idea for him to make people suffer through his singing. After ditching all of their previous ties to ther bandmates, Brad and Don formed Nerve Munky, a sad band in which Don wrote complete alternative music crap and no one liked it (not even him!). Also, Don decided to change the name to Frosh even though there was no reason to. What an idiot.After a short hiatus, Brad and Don formed SCDW with Dan Coleman and Ty. After putting in a few performances, Dan was horribly mangled by a tiger while on Safair in Swaziland, Africa, and lost both of his arms. SCDW stands for Sperm Crazed Dildo Whore, a girl whom Brad and Don went to high school with. She was too popular, and had to be destroyed. She wasn't.Now a three piece, Don changed the name of the band to 37SCDW. Why the hell did he do that? Because back in the day (like in the 20's, when your parents were born) it was cool to say "23 SCDW". It was the equivalent of saying "bitchin!" or "rock!". Due to the Great Depression, everybody was sad and they had no happy verbal expressions for 30 years until hippies did a lot of weed. Now back to the band.37SCDW is now a total pop-punk band. Why not hardcore? Why not skate punk? The main reason is that Don is a woosy little boy and writes songs that only little woosy boys would. The music is also much more fun than most music, and 37SCDW doesn't give a crap how much they screw up on stage. Come see 37SCDW! The best part is, if you don't like them, they don't play very long. No local band should ever play for more than 30 minutes.
