Artist History
It began with an idea: A man named Scott Osborne
came out of Greeley, Colorado with a vision of
the perfect band. This band would be the most
powerful fusion of jazz, funk, and other forms
of music. He found a partner in this vision,
a Rhythm Lord named Manny. Together they set out
to find others, eventually coming to Denver
where they met Tania, the Goddess of the 88 Keys,
and Nate, Keeper of the Low Sounds. Now, a group
had been forged, but it was still not complete.
While rehearsing one night, the four of them
attracted the attention of Derek, the All-Powerful
Trombone of Omaha, and invited him to join them,
thus filling the void of horn harmonizations and
occasional vocal melodies. Not long after this, a
discovery was made off of the Grecian peninsula.
It seemed that the Sirens had cast one of their
own out of their island. This Siren, Khadijiah,
was rescued by Tania and welcomed into the
Conclave, where her haunting vocal melodies have
become quite the asset. But, it was still not yet
complete. There was still an emptiness in the
rhythm department: a simple common instrument
known as "Guitar". Gigs there have been with
guitar, and gigs there have been without, and
once the Conclave finds a force powerful enough
to fill this position, there will be no one to
stop them.... |
