Artist description Jason Hissong is an experimenter in music with an attempt to combine 15 years of progressive music writing into electronic music. I am fascinated by radio and early forms of electronics. Also, primitive forms of communications techniques inspire me.

Artist History I started listening to Kraftwerk back in the 70s when I was young and I marveled at their ability to make awesome music with electronics. I did not start to work with music until the mid 80s. I took a break from music in the mid 90s as I got burned out on the style of music I was creating: Progressive Rock/Pop. I started getting into Radio, Learning morse code, and building my own. equipment. After doing radio for about 5 years, I rediscovered listening to elecronic music (getting some Kraftwerk CDs at a used CD store). I also discovered Trance and Ambient music which I enjoy tremendously. My music today attempts to combine my previous musical influences and interests into modern electronic music.
