Artist History Summer of 2002 this latest lineup started tearing up the brick stricken walls of any place they played,hitting CBGBS theyre first time out.Juan and jeff alvardo founded the band after some time in rehersal,soon they met up with lead guitarist jean ventura and the music started to form heavier contexts with death metal influences,long time friend and bassist alonso joined up to close the musical gap,soon after the bands lineup was secure after a few vocalists.The bands identifiable hardcore throat and influence came into play. Ken Murtaugh throws out unrelenting lyrics about religion,social misgivings,and personal submergence.The band was now complete and having its own take on a style of hardcore that was long forgotten from the mid 80's - early 90's and what remnants it carries can only be labeled as "metalcore".New York Deathcore however is its own breed and means exactly how it sounds,fast and hard hitting
