Artist description What describes a group of friends that comes together for the sole purpose of making music? It is something that will never hit the scenes of MTV viewers or a soundtrack on the big screen. A certain craze to make music that isn’t accepted by the general crowd as “normal” music. An idea to make something more sincere to our souls and not to please anyone else. A fury of thunderous booms followed by high pitch screams of guitars, things you just have to pay attention to. There is more to these songs than meets the ear. Just the performance alone frees your mind of the stupid worries outside this circle. And to put a name to such a cause is monumental, now I wonder how our forefathers try to put a name on a nation that stood for no other. Even though this is all for ourselves, you want to portray a view to the people. A Las Vegas sign of morals and beliefs that fill the place wherever they are at. Then there is the general “barbaric yelp” that we just let out on top of all that is structured. Things that can not be conveyed by words or chords. A big ball of emotion built up by all 5 of us to make something unique that cannot be copied by the greatest of minds. It might not be the break through of music everyone is looking for but it is from us. I think that’s all you can expect from an artist of any type. Your music after awhile carries different meanings you find in your life everyday; an obsession to the exact detail, an alternate meaning in lyrics, a certain way of life. And after carefully holding out for that perfect name, that perfect thing that will clear your senses and send tingling senses throughout your body… nothing is good enough. And the pressure to name something that is bigger than any word is heartbreaking, the description will never live up to the name.
