Artist History Rejected Started late 2000 When Russ and Andy got very very drunk and thought hey it would be fun to start a band. Thats where it stayed until we found our first bassist a morose mother fucker by the name of Casper shortly followed by a second bassist who went by the name of Owain. With this line ( a strange one of 1 guitarist 2 bassist and a drummer ) up they started to practice in early fan/doode's house, his name Will. It was worse than any one could imagine so they just had fun, fun which involved beer and forgetting about songs. It was at this time very drunk ANdy was watching TV and came up with the song MILKMAN, which we all hate him for. Shortly after the birth of this horrid song Rejected spawned a new guitarist name of Tom in some respects he was a godsend, they actually had some sort of melodic noise. At the same time Rmz of mombomb fame offered our friends Rejected a show in Newport Centre. Without realising what they were doing Rejected accepted. It was a good first show and it was after that point Rejected turned into a piss take band. In the words of Lynn Strait "Fuck the record and Fuck the people" Rejected were there for one reason to get drunk have fun and act like tits on stage. In the next few months Rejected play numerous shows which resulted in the loss of TWO basists and the joining of the singer BEn. Tom took up the bass, Andy on Guitar, BEn vocal, Russ drums ( and from time to time Bryn'lur on 2nd Guitar) Rejected were ready to make the world laugh. Rejected Played many a show with this line up. Broke meny a string, killed meny a song until Tom left them for a band known as Death Boy. It was a blow to Rejected but they wanted Tom to be happy and Rejected wasn't working for him anymore. With Toms absence Bryn'lur took over on bass and Rejected carried on getting as far as an interview on totalrock radio and reviews in local magazines. In the late summer of 2002 ANdy was taken badly ill and that put Rejected on a Break for a few months, but they still played the odd show at the end of the year and in Jan 2003. Now with the amazing Jade on Bass and Bryn'lur back on 2nd Guitar Rejected have new songs and are ready to cause the music world a headache and to show people what real fucking punk rock is. What could possibly be next?...........
