Artist History
Formed in 1997 as a cover band with four members. Our guitar player quit the band in 2002 and we couldn't find a replacement so we just plugged on. First gig was a open mic night at MR Docs in Hockessin Delaware and now we [play about seven different clubs in DE, MD, and PA. We play mostly covers songs and then slip in an original here and there. |

Press Reviews
The June Jam staff "Monster Joe was the opening band for Marshal Tucker Band at Froggy's and they showcase a " take no prisoners" approach to rock and roll . This band was one of most requested bands to return from last year's JUNE JAM"
Barhopper Magazine "Monster Joe puts out a sound that makes you swear there are more than three people on stage...[their] show is %90 auditory with a few visual distractions thrown in along the way"
Big Shout Magazine "One of the general shortcomings of cover bands is their attempt to play everything for everyone. Monster Joe successfully avoided this trap... in doing so they offered the crowd a better than average cover-band experience."
