Artist description
The Beach Balls is an acoustic trio of unique song stylists that performs music in an inventive, witty and thought-provoking way that has never been heard before... Completely defying classification, The Beach Balls present a special formula of nostalgia and human pathos that pulls at the heartstrings with a power that must be heard -and seen- to be believed.Their music is a blend of dulcet harmonies for the ear and cognitive dissonance for the post-modern mind. |

Artist History
The Beach Balls formed in July 1998 as a reaction to the Beach Boys' cancellation of their 4th of July concert. OperaJames and Robert saved the city of Philadelphia from a holiday weekend completely devoid of musical entertainment byperforming Beach Boys songs in their uniqueand truly beautiful manner. Soon after, due to extreme popular demand, they began to perform songs by AC DC, J Geils Band, Journey,The Bangles,Roy Orbison, and many other important composers of the late 20th century. Ed ('cello) joined soon after serving a brief apprenticeship as a roadie. |
