Artist History Fleiss is a reborn Heidi Fleiss Trio (Sewanee, Tennessee, early nineties), now based in Red Hook, Brooklyn. You might have seen them walking across the foot-bridge over the BQE on their way to Metrognome Studios (57 Rapelye; highly recommended). The band's peculiar mixture of pop, rock, and country-folk is difficult to describe, but drummer King Juice puts it this way: "Feel the heat!" Fleiss's "How Many Kennedys?" spent a short time in the top 100 art-rock songs on MP3.com. The plan, at present, is to record again in the winter. Dates TBA this summer.
