Artist History The Tarhillz started out with me (Prime) and my cousin (Black). On our father's side the last name is Hill. Being that we were from the Hill family and of course reside in the Tarheel state (North Carolina), we felt that it was only right that we went with the name Tarhillz. This was about 2001 and we have been making moves ever since.
