Artist History 'I grew up listening to my parents music, which was great stuff like Led Zeppelin and Neil Young. I started playing guitar so I could sing hear my favorite songs anytime I wanted, and eventually wrote my first song at the age of 16. I started with the open mic scene, then moved on to hosting the open mics, and got in some good practice gigs -- 3 hours of cover tunes to a bar-crowd is T-O-U-G-H. Like, if you make a mistake, nobody notices, which makes you realized nobody is listening. WAAH. But I got better, and I got comfortable with my own songs which made way for better gigging opportunities and a promising future as a musician.'
