Artist History
Born into a family of jazz musicians, entertainers and inventors in 1963.
Started learning the piano at the age of 4, and became interested in electronic music after watching Rick Wakeman perform "Journey to the Centre of the Earth" at the Albert Hall in 1974.
Bought BBC Microcomputer in 1979 then Minimoog and Polymoog in 1980 and over the next couple of years designed hardware and software to control them with the computer, and then built a digital audio sampling system inspired by the Fairlight.
This was accepted in lieu of a degree to do a Postgraduate Diploma in Music Information Technology at City University in 1986.
Started working for Peter Gabriel in 1987 repairing Fairlights, synthesisers and other studio equipment.
Then became computer consultant and later web designer/programmer/consultant. Moved to Budapest in 1999, continued to work as consultant from there, and played in bars and clubs regularly and enjoyed life to the full.
Was invited to perform a live Saturday Night TV show in Budapest, and did four improvised sessions. Was also interviewed in Hungarian!
Music has been a lifetime hobby, and now its time to make a contribution to the rest of the world.
