Artist History My Morning Radio released their first demo in late January of 2003. The songs ranged from rocking, acoustic-driven anthems to piano-ballads. After a short run of shows in late January through February as a three piece, My Morning Radio became a two piece in March of 2003. The members consisted of Brian Joyce (Guitars/Piano/Vocals) and Mike Schmidt (Percussion). Both are ex-members of the punk/emo group, the b-side diaries. Since March of 2003, Mike and Brian, two multi-instrumentalists, have worked to meld their influences into one unique sound. The music falls under the categories of indie, rock, punk and emo. With the recent addition of Richie Kahn to throw down bass lines, the line up is now complete. As a three piece, Brian, Mike and Richie plan to get their music out to the masses by touring and putting out future releases that truly show their diverse songwriting capabilities.
