Artist History Formaly "No Inhibitions", Downgrade was a three piece rock band from scituate RI. they spent most of thier time practicing and playing at local clubs such as.. "the living room", "the AS220", and "2pi skate park". In early 2000 they broke up because of creative differences, and went thier seperate ways.
