Artist description
Young Lust is a "balls-to-the-wall" rock band from Winnipeg, MB, Canada. The band is driven by solid riffs on both bass and guitar, killer drum beats, and powerful vocals. Their lyrics always seem to hit home with most of their listeners.
Young Lust takes pride in and is probably best known for their live show, which never ceases to amaze, and to date has caught the eye of radio DJs, promoters, and of course, rock fans abroad. |

Artist History
Though the members of Young Lust have been playing music together for somewhere around 4 years, the band has been through many different incarnations The most recent of these is, of course, Young Lust. Young Lust formed in late 2002 with the line up being Val Devonshire, Daniel DeVain, Matty Volume, and Eddie Starr. Due to conflicts of musical interest, Matt was replaced in late March of 2003 to pave the road for Vaithan McKay (who was together with Devonshire and DeVain back in 2000). This ultimately lead to the current line up, one that Val says he "wouldn't have it any other way. Vaithan coming back to join us again after three years is a blessing...if you believe in that crap. He's matured as a bass player and musician in general, and I think because of him we've matured and are maturing as a band, and people are noticing." |
