Artist History
Members in Every Five Seconds, have been playing in and out of random bands since 1999 but, it wasn't until early 2003 when Ken Maxwell (vocals) and Todd Hertel (drums) both Ex-Blind Judgment members, decided to start trying to find people to play with and go for a different more hardcore sound than former bands they had played in. Throughout ads and trying out many guitarist they finally came across Ryan Kelley (guitar) and soon afterwards he became a permanent part of the band. After a lot of searching Maxwell decided to reunite with former band mate Michael Manning (bass, Ex-Dry Rot) and soon after also became a part of the band. Time went on and after many other guitarist tried out, Donny Peddicord (guitar, Ex-Lacazia) fell upon the Every Five Seconds website and saw that we were looking for another guitarist. With experience, practice, and dedication Every Five Seconds, hopes to accomplish something that their other bands had not, with a growling guitar sound, pounding bass, slamming drums and aggression filled vocals, Every Five Seconds, has created a sound that is undeniably original. |
