Artist History Maneli Jamal began playing guitar the summer of 2001, when he was 16 he developed a passion for the electric guitar. After 6 months of playing non-stop, he started a band with a few of his friends called Nevergoinghome, they played a type of emo style music with a touch of 80's metal guitar. After being deported and moving to Canada, his true passion was with an acoustic guitar.
