Artist History dot.commies have been an underground force since 1996. They have played numerous small/medium sized venues throughout the bay area during these years and have recorded two records in professional studios, the most recent at Nutone by Chris Dugan. dot.commies have gathered a solid group of fans, promoted their music, and released their records independently. They have survived a guitar player change and a two year pause in action to create "The Black". Reunited dot.commies are stronger and working on recording their third album to date which will be released on Ten Strip Records late 2003.
