Artist History Matik's real name is Matthew Seow and was born in Jamaica, where he lived for the first sixteen years of his life. He is now 22 years old and lives in Miami, FL. His nationality is of Chinese- Jamaican roots. Not only is he a genuine, growing artist, but a humble person with love for the music that flows through him, and is determined to let his aspirations make him or break him. He was recently in Jamaica, promoting some of his newer work, still scheduled for release on the radio.
