Artist History formed summer of 2002. guitar player and singer, dan davidson and drummer, darren brown started jamming began some writing and started the search for like minded musicians. In October dan and darren found jeff caron, a guitar player/singer who had also been looking for some talented musicians to jam with. He listened to an early recording of a song dan and darren had (the last november) and really wanted to jam. jeff fit in perfectly and helped further the band to a new direction or writing. in january 2003 jeff came across ex kates turn member rob godin , an experienced bass player who loved the sound. they jammed a few times and knew that this was the sound they were all looking for.
