Artist description
Willy King is an emerging new artist from Halifax, Nova Scotia
He has recently developed this solo work after touring and
playing lead guitars in the SenseAmelia project. The Queens
were brought together in the spring of 2003 to contribute
to the first recorded material by Willy King. Their talents
were well used to create the final mix of sounds, developed
from blue-grass, country, rock and jazz influences. The final
product is a band that creates simple, yet sophisticated
arangemets of honest and well-lived songs. |
