Artist History Indi is my musical project. My music is some part influenced by Brit-pop, but also by Alternative music. My influences range from Radiohead, Blur, Placebo, The Verve, Oasis and Pulp, to Sonic Youth, Nirvana, The Smashing Pumpkins and REM. Indi is "Indie" music yet I go for nice yet complex melodies and vocals, and simple yet original chord progressions. I favor the accoustic guitar for it's warmth and simplicity. Formely known as Foo Young Tone, my high school musical project that lasted a couple years, I changed my artist name to Indi, because my girlfriend thought it would be a cool name to give to a kid. So I chose Indi in part because she liked it, in part because it makes me think of children, and also because it makes me think of Indie Rock, Independance, Freedom and all that stuff.

Instruments All my music is mainly guitar and vocals, yet I play around with piano and drums.

Albums A first CD should be recorded this summer.
