Joe plays guitars, bass, keyboards, samplers and percussion, as well as sings vocals on most of his songs. Imperato (who is also a practicing criminal lawyer) is currently listed in both 'Who's Who in America' and 'Who's Who In The World,' and continues to work on new material all of the time.

Artist History A life-long musician, Joe Imperato has written and produced songs and themes for a wide variety of South Florida bands, TV stations, theatrical and movie projects since the 1970's. In the early 1990's he performed in his own band (The Source), appeared on both PBS and Fox TV, and opened shows for Miami acts as diverse as The Mavericks and even Marilyn Manson. Joe recently composed 6 songs (including "The Ant Dance," which can be heard here) featured in a new children's animated/live-action TV pilot, and also composed an award-winning Spanish pop song ("Rosalinda," also on this site) featured several times on the Univision international television network. A self-described "musical chameleon," Joe has been profiled in The Miami Herald, Miami New Times and City Link newspapers. He is currently writing and recording his own brand of new country and pop songs for consideration by major artists and music publishers.
