Hailing from San Diego, CA this four piece has been rocking crowds with its now solidified lineup since April of 1999. The ever growing fan base in San Diego and its surrounding areas can be attributed to radio play and support from local specialty shows on Rock 105.3, 91X FM, and 92.1 Premium Radio, as well as the amazing first impression made on those attending a live performance. Spare Change has opened for bands such as Boy Sets Fire, Jets To Brazil, Hey Mercedes, At the Drive-In, Piebald, The Honor System, Braid, Strike Anywhere, and a ton of other well-known acts. The debut album, "wake.sleep.Volume", which has received only positive reviews, is now going into its second pressing, after being endorsed by a three-week tour of the western US.
