Artist description
What can I say? My name's Corrie, I enjoy long
walks on the beach, moonlight dinner, and have a
strange affection for the absurd. I write primarily
to express myself, but sometimes I just like a
tune. I write primarily acoustic songs and piano
ballads, but once in a while, I throw out an
avant-garde song that noone expects. Listen to my
music and send me a mail... it'll be a good time. |

Artist History
The Corrie Woods Solo Project started way back in
2000, with a couple of failed recording sessions with
John Wyatt Edgar. Then, I tried to make headway
in a ska-punk band, but... it was a ska-punk band,
and ska-punk sucks. I broke up the band and started
writing on my own. Later on, I joined to collaborate
with Josh Haught, a well-known music theorist, and there
will soon be two CD's out for release: 22 East, a CD of
self-written music, and Let It Be Me, a CD of Beatles and Oldies
covers. |
