Artist History
The Pitti family moved to So, California in the 1920's as a result of Benny Perte Pitti and his wife, Ethel, seeking a life apart from the Western Circus circuit, to raise a family.
Benny Pete's two sons continued in the entertainment industry, singing with the Westernaires on the 1st all Family and Variety Show in 1948 on KTLA 5. Benny Pete bought the Will Roger's property in the Culver City hills where, on Sunday afternoons, the legends of the Western Arts Industry would trade their licks, trick ropin', knife throwin', bull crackin' and stunt ridin'.
Their life was fashioned around the original Hollywood, Culver City California, where Western fables and tales of the courageous cowboy lived on the silver screen.
In the same fashion Paul Pitti, his wife Shirley and daughter Pam bring you the original western music of yesteryear in a simple and harmonious style that pleases the ear and allows the listener to travel back in time to the nostalgia of the old west.
