Artist description
Miria is a multimedia and performance artist who has been performing and producing
shows in the Boston area since 1990. She is an original singer/songwriter
whose thoughtful lyrics and intimate vocals are reminiscent of both Laurie
Anderson and Kate Bush. In her live performances, she explores the organic
textures that can be created with digital equipment, producing haunting
tapestries of sound. Her album, Songs of Love and Freedom, Vol. II, which
addresses universal themes of love, loss, and growth, is being produced
by Blink Music in Cambridge, MA. |
