Artist History
BMI award winning guitarist Scott Latulippe had been writing music when he decided he needed to build a band that would be able to bring him the success he had been looking for. The search began with him recruiting members from other bands that had the same objectives and ethics that he lived by. The next few months would be nothing but creating and polishing their tunes to get back on the Boston circuit and play to an audience that would welcome a new act with hard rock music mixed with the current melodic vocal harmonies. From day one, Blind By Noon was able to reach further than most local rock acts. Shortly after canvassing Bostons music scene, Blind By Noon found themselves doing radio appearances and performing in front of audiences that most musicians dreamed of. With the experience of opening for national acts such as Puddle of Mudd, Tommy Lee, Static X, Seven Dust, Filter, Nonpoint, Godsmack and Must, one could only imagine where this band would be going. Godsmacks Sully Erna was so impressed that he asked record executives to come see the act live and to help in any way. With adequate radio support and support of a major artist, Blind By Noon found themselves as topic of conversation within the music industry. As smooth as it was, record executives were looking for more music to decide whether or not to sign Blind By Noon. Over the past year the band has gone through a few changes, but they have come back stronger and more determined and dedicated than ever. The original line up with Scott on Guitar, Matt Boucher on Drums, Jay Marr on Vocals and guitar, and Sean Corcoran on Bass has been restored and now that the pieces are back in place, and the new spark of energy has hit, Blind By Noon is busy finishing new material and setting up dates across the country. I have seen the boys from Blind By Noon a number of times in the Boston scene, and they kicked ass everytime. I cant believe these guys arent signed yet. Robbie Merrill, Bassist for Godsmack. With guys like Godsmack talking about what a great band they are, one can only imagine great things lie ahead for Blind By Noon. Jonathan Lev, President of the Jerry Brenner Group
