Music Style
Whats the point? Almost every one of our songs are just different enough from each other that you can't lump them in the same category. Just call it alternative...there that ought to fool some people. |

Artist History
In 1997, guitarists Saul Kutnicki and Clint Davis first met and began playing guitar together. They starting many musical endevours with friends, but they were all short lived. Clint developed a strong interest in audio recording and production which turned into his hobby. Together, they began recording their original ideas in the fall of 2002. They enlisted the help of Katie Napier to lend her creative ideas and voice to add another dimension to their sound. The finished cd features 10 songs, nine of which are original. Each member has contributed original compositions for the cd and each member sings on the album. Styles range from dark industrial rock to piano based r&b to atmospheric rock. The name GNOME was settled upon when Clint was at Saul's house and noticed a small lawn gnome sitting in the corner of his room. After joking about it for a few minutes, it was decided that it would become our namesake. The gnome now adorns the cover of our cd and travels with us to all of our gigs. |
