Artist History
After many fledgling lineups that didn't quite
work out, Yeremenko was born in earnest sometime
around the end of summer 2002.
The five piece norwich-based band immediately
began to rehearse and write songs.
Influences ranged from heavy rock to the
blues through to jazz and back again,
and this is shown in the diversity of their set.
Carrying with them a real passion for music,
Yeremenko soon had a set of mainly original songs,
which were screaming out to be played live.
Within a few weeks they had played the
Brickmaker's Arms, The Trowell and Hammer,
and The Ferryboat, pubs reknowned for their showcasing
of local talent.
After some more gigs in and around the
Norwich area, Yeremenko have established a
marvellously vocal and loyal, not to mention
rather large fanbase. Always writing new
material, the band recently recorded
their first 5-track ep.
