Artist description
Violently emerging from the smoldering ashes of Mental Distortion, Blue Skies Fail
slosh proudly through the foamy offal of its former incarnation.
The band's velvet requiems resonate like the jagged breath of
a Manic-depressive, teetering on the frail edge of beauty and madness.
Revolution stirs once more in the womb of Time.

Artist History
Throughout the years of its existence, Blue Skies Fail has masqueraded under
many names, the first of which being Virtue Of Insanity. Feeling the steadily
tightening constraint of this moniker, the band elected for a more encompassing
title, namely Mental Distortion. Under this banner, the band achieved much recognition
and critical acclaim, reaching a wondrous pinnacle gracing the stage of Milwaukee MetalFest XVI.
After great reflection, the band no longer felt Mental Distortion granted them any redeeming
justice. As Mental Distortion collapsed, Blue Skies Fail was born. The creative entity has at long last assumed
its final form. |
