Press Reviews
"...the raspy detox recount 'Just Because' reaches a midway instrumental crescendo that's as beautiful and classic-rock destined as 'Layla.' A few rows over in the covers department, check out the ghostly choir backing the shambly chorus of the Bevis Frond's 'Lights Are Changing' and the vicious bite of the Gun Club's 'She's Like Heroin to Me'." --Jeff Stratton, New Times, Broward/Palm Beach edition, July '03 /// "Best local rock band" --Best Of Miami, New Times, 2001 /// "The highlight of the event was the set by John Salton and his Psycho Daisies... Not just one of the best shows at the [City Link] festival, one of the best rock performances of the year." --Greg Baker, Street magazine, The Miami Herald, Oct '01 |
