Artist description DAYSTAR is a young new talented Rock Band from Bluffton, Indiana whose original music is a unique blend of today's alternative Christian rock sound mixed with a maturity of musicianship and lyrical sense well beyond their years. The idea for DAYSTAR began when song writer/guitarist Cassidy Bisher and guitarist/engineer Aaron Wood started uniting music together in late 2002. Bisher, whose compositions have been featured on nationally syndicated television (MTV), provide the framework from which their music is formed. With their experience in opening for nationally known acts over the past few years (3 doors down, The Elms), both Bisher and Wood, combined with the "award winning" lead vocal abilities of Joel Cash afford a unique opportunity to fulfill the true potential of each song. Anchored by the smooth Bass lines of Adam Debolt and steady rhythms of Todd Fiechter, DAYSTAR's music clearly shines above the rest. DAYSTAR's songs convey a message of the undeniable possibilities of faith set against the unavoidable probabilities of everyday life and are deeply layered textures of story and song conceived with a passion for guiding a true moral compass. The chemistry between Bisher, Wood, Cash, Debolt and Fiechter is as unmistakable as the fact that they live the songs they perform.
