Artist description
HaloSik blends a lot of styles together using a hard rock overtone. On the debut disk (out now) you will hear everything from hip-hop, goth, heavy metal, blues, funk and punk all blended into their own unique sound.
HaloSik's guitarist Masa shreds solos all over the place while St. Demon brings his unique vocal delivery to match the vibe of each of the HaloSik songs. The debut disk, "The Rise of Apollyon" is a true piece of art that showcases the talents of these two individuals that places them a few steps ahead of the independent scene. |

Artist History
As St. Demon started working on the second disk from What Remainz (his other band) he met up with Masa through a local newspaper. After 3 meetings the two had 5 songs and from January to April 2003 the two had enough material to release at that time what was to be the next What Remainz cd. After reviewing the songs St. Demon brought the idea of turning the new songs into a whole new project since the sound and focus was a lot different than the first What Remainz cd. The two agreed and HaloSik was born. Lookout for HaloSik's debut cd, "The Rise of Apollyon" and for the songs on the new disk "Beyond the Second Gate" and "Reaper Released" which are sequels to two What Remainz songs that are featured on the first What Remainz disk "Beyond the Gate: Genesis 51" released in 2001. |
