Artist description We just are not trying to set up one o' those usual screaming head banging bands that talk about pessimism. Here we are dealing with the basic five of us, right here, getting some time outta our studies and produce some tunes that are different. It's like, what we are trying to imply is, we are here to make a difference... that's what counts afterall... the difference... as some poet said, choosing the road that was most untravelledmade all the differences in the end.... It's like,letting people, our audience, have the whole freedom to choose from the whole lot.... What ourtunes would let them is to choose from thousands of possibilities that await them, allowing them to break free from the limited ways they see and feel. Should we emphasize that the possibilities await them on the other side of life? It's not 'death' we are talkin' about.. It's more of the unseen, unfelt partof everyday acts that we anticipate to uphold infront of them. They are chained up with thousandsof threads...We, as THE OTHER SIDE, are seekin' a possible way to let them break free, to let them break on thru to the other side.

Artist History Fabio, the drummer came to college with the ambition of finding some other musicians so that he would have a) a location to set up his kit and b) to continue to pursue the fun of playing in a rock band. He posted a message in one of the dead newsgroups of the college. Unexpectedly, he soon got a response from Madhu, the singer. Together they mapped out some of the initial plans and in the process continued to search for other musicians to complete the band. After posting many ads and responding to others they found Ben R., a talented guitar player. Through other replies they met Ben L., Lawrence and Rana. While searching for a room to practise in, it turned out that finding a suitable one wasn't as easy as they had imagined. But luck struck once again. In the end, they were allowed to practise in the basement of some of Madhu's friends' house. Due to internal difficulties,Ben R. was dropped and now the other side is on its way to the ultimate stage.
