Artist description
Cat Sunday is Terry's newest collection of songs to be released with Timber Music. Working again with producer Mark Bracken at Ambient Sound on Vancouver Island, there is more of a full band presence with a line-up of solid west coast musicians including: Rod Hussey, Mike Brooks, Michelle Chiasson, John Law, Paul Pigat and Ron Forbes-Roberts. The sessions went so well that Ron and Terry are now performing as a duo. Call it folk, roots, rock, country, Canuck, whatever, this is another excellent recording from this emerging artist.

Artist History
A native of Winnipeg, Terry has been honing his songwriting skills since taking up the guitar at age 16. Initially absorbing the influences of singer-songwriters such as Neil Young and Paul Simon, Terry has since developed the distinct musical voice that is heard on his break-through release, Northern Water, receiving air play on over 300 stations in North America, Europe and Australia. Terry's skillfully crafted songs examine the nature of love, politics, cultural trends, self knowledge and good, old-fashioned lust among many other themes. His delivery is honest, direct and highly expressive, and he accompanies himself with strong, rhythmic guitar playing; a fitting vehicle for his intense lyrics.
