Artist History Twenty-five year old singer/songwriter Ben Rogers literally grew up in the music business. Born in London 1974 he began playing piano at the age of nine, and the guitar by age eleven. As a teenager, he found himself experiencing life on the road first hand as a roadie with the likes of DefLeppard, Phil Collins and Genesis. Leaving school and London at sixteen he went to the Grove School of Music in Los Angeles, and then to Berkeley College of Music in Boston. Naturally, Ben began to create music of his ownand develop a desire for performing. This landed him back in Los Angeles where he fronted the successful group, Jones who played around the Los Angeles club circuit for about two years at venues such as The Viper Room, The Roxy, The Key Club, The Mint, and The Whiskey.
