Musical Influences As musicians we love good music, whether that be hip-hop, soul, r&b, rock etc. As MCs we respect those who have a message to what theyre saying as well as those who are just skilled in their craft.

Artist History The Other has been making songs since 1998, although every member of the group was writing rhymes some years before. At first we were just making songs for fun, but when we started to get good at it and developed our theme, we realized that we had to keep going. We're about words and music but we have a goal which is to speak to people in the inner-cities who we feel closest to. We owed it to ourselves and the world.
