Artist History The Dead Republic started in the summer of 2002 with Noiz, Madd Rapper Whatt, J-mac collaborating on a project called "Project Reflect" with the song "Testhemony". The song turned out very good and thus the crew was started. Later Free came to rhyme on a song and was eventually asked to join the crew.
