Artist History Born the son of a music educator in Maine, Scotty was very active in the performing arts. He graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a Bachelors in Music Education. He moved to Nashville and quickly became the lead trumpet player and arranger for MCA artist, The Mavericks' horn section, The Havana Horns. After touring the world with The Mav's, Scotty joined Capital artist Keith Urban's band and is still touring with Keith. Scotty released his debut songwriting CD, "Assorted", in early 2003. This collection of demos hails a variety of styles from Brit Pop to Country and everything in between.
