    Artist History
We formed in April of 2003 with members of 2 other bands: "Kjetil & The Conspiracy Theory" provided the chief songwriter, Kjetil, and a death metal band sometimes known as "Johnny Thunders & The Talking Plasma Band" or "Sourweed", gave Vince the bassist and Arjun the guitarist. A long-time jamming partner, Neil, rounded out the triple guitar attack that we're (soon to be :) known for. The final piece of the puzzle found it's place when Stacy, an amazing session drummer, and veteran of many big bands, agreed (with much enthusiasm) to join the collective. Since then, we have compiled an album's-worth of original tunes that vary in sound from Melodic Metal to Reggae. We've been lucky enough to grab a bunch of high-profile gigs purely by word of mouth: we just finished a stint at Summerslam with a lineup of bands that included Lennon, The Headstones, Nazareth and Randy Bachman. In August, we're playing another festival with rockers Wide Mouth Mason. Like any other entity, we're very slightly dysfunctional, but keep our sanity by telling ourselves that it's all vital in order to keep the freshness in our sound. With influences ranging from AC/DC, Hendrix, Slayer, In Flames and Roxette, we've been doing a decent job thus far. Apart from differing musically, our differences (and inherent similarities) as people help foster a sound that is shaping up to be something unique. Holding sway over the band is the tallest member - Kjetil (pronounced "KAY-tul" to us non-Norse :) who provides the lyrics and songs inspired by the fundamental questions of life. We continue to persevere and write music that satisfies us both as musicians and as listeners. We hope, simply, that you dig it. *A quick note* Vince is no longer in the band. It's too bad really, but our ways had to part. We have since grabbed Shaun to play bass...he's just fantastic! Great rhythm and style. He's really energetic on stage and can sing well too! Adios Vince, we'll miss you!
