Artist description
Solo fierce weirdo reptile rocker lady w/ guitar; an unusual performer who usually shows up inbetween punk bands or less-describable weird loud music. I put Ani diFranco in the "sounds like" box 'cause I figured people who like fierce chix with guitars would like me; however I must say here and now that I am not an Ani fan (sorry, Ani people). I also play accordion and banjo, and have dressed up as a certain evil lady from the Book of Revelations to perform on punk Hallowe'en. I am known for cover versions of metal songs on banjo and accordion but am awaiting publishers' approval to post recordings of them here for your pleasure. I have elements of glitter and psychiatric complexity that is not common in acoustic musicians of whom I am aware. |

Artist History
I was hatched from a strangely phosphorescent egg in Lansdale, PA; at 17 I moved to Olympia where I became a reliably loud and disturbed singer and guitarist. I am currently stranded in Eugene OR where I toil away my youth and beauty. I play shows occasionally and sing along with records at work. |

Press Reviews
"She's in a league of her own; I'm not sure how to describe her music. I hesitate to call her a "singer/songwriter" because that's usually interpreted as "folk musician." Honey Vizer's music has a lot more guts than any folkie I've ever heard." - Glenn Shires, KWVA 88.1 FM Eugene OR, punk rock DJ and guitar man, Monkee Torture. He didn't tell me he wrote this; I found it on line. What a nice young man! http://gladstone.uoregon.edu/~shires98/journal1.html
