Artist History james was born in florida and raised in a suburb east of richmond. he has always sung and started taking piano lessons as a child, but got bored with it because his older brother was a lot better than him. so he picked up guitar, bass, and drums and kept singing. at the age of 16 he started writing songs and deciced to start practicing guitar, because he really sucked. as the years past he became good enough to write the songs that fill is head, but not much more. james now resides in asheville, north carolina and talks frequently about going back to richmond to find the musicians he longs to make music with.
