Artist History
Trevor Gervais and Jamie Gould (nee Leiding) formed Plumm in Medicine Hat, Alberta in 1996. After writing and playing acoustically in coffee houses for about a year, and changing the musician line-up a few times, Trevor and Jamie brought in Todd, Jason, and Steve in 1997 to complete Plumm's final assemblage. They recorded their first and only album in Calgary in the winter of 1998, before breaking up over artistic differences early the following year. Trevor and Jamie, along with Jamie's husband Chuck Gould, then formed the band Seed. In 2002, Jamie and Chuck moved to Toronto to form The Identities. As a side project, Jamie, Todd, and Chuck resurrected Plumm early in 2003. |
