Artist description
The number of players has varied over the years, but three guys have remained constant. Being fairly versatile, not one of us considers ourselves the leader; we each play all the instruments and sing in one form or another, and the writing process is such a blur, none of us could take singular credit for any song. It's a really neat development process that spins out a twisted result, but impressive all the same. I can safetly say that we are all very proud of UnderScore (except for maybe that name :) |

Artist History
We started out as a garage band, who couldn't really decide how to actually write any music. We just wanted to jam. That's where most of our sound comes from. We used to be based Calgary, Alberta, but I figured there was a bigger scene in Toronto, where we are now. Hoping to make an appearance in the North by NorthEast Music festival, we pushed to make it out east before the summer of 1999 was out, but unfortunately Ed had obligations in cowtown, so we didn't make to Toronto until September. Now we have till next year to write and practice, and will be posting our recordings here as we actually get some work done. |

Group Members
Bruce, Ed and Velvet. |
|
Instruments
Besides the usual guitar and bass, there's an assortment of whatever we can find, which we sample and distort until a crazy usable sound is produced. |
|
Albums
We probably have enough music wrapped up in notes, and in our heads for three. However, we have yet to record any studio albums. |
