Tom Tom du Monde (Rhythms of the World) is a DC-Area Trio consisting of an acoustic guitarist, a percussionist and pianist-keyboardist.
Defying easy categorization, the group keeps improvisation central to their sound. Listeners will
hear elements of standard and modern jazz, blues, Brazilian, French folk music, Afro-Cuban,
Parisian Hot Club Swing, and New Orleans Funk throughout their performances. |
