Artist description mad scientific uses a wide array of electronic gear. the only samples used are vocal samples in a few songs other than that we have programmed the rest ourselves. it all begun in '97 by charles inchaustegui & joe wright who also run their own recording studio in detroit called afr studios(another f****** recording studio).we immediately started writing material and have a huge library of material we have written since our collaboration and now are trying to let the masses hear them and all the different mixes that go along with them.we have added a drummer named kevin hickner to round it all out and have guest vocals, live and sampled, by Rican and the phoenix project(who are both doing material in afr studios coincedentely).

Music Style whatever comes from our minds at the time in electronic form.

Musical Influences all the music we've heard to this point in life has influened us in one way or another to narrow it down to a few would be, to us , rediculous.

Similar Artists it's really impossible to say, but i guess massive attack, chemical bros., tricky, portishead. i don't know, others might feel otherwise.

Artist History charles inchaustegui plays drums, joe wright plays bass, kevin hickner plays drums, all have played in many local bands(no need to mention). chuck & joe hook up in '94 for a very short stint in some band and then later hook up at school where we both studied recording engineering and music theory. lost touch for a few years and in '97 met up to discover we had both been heavely into the electronic thing and doing material. chuck callaborated his equitment and knowledge with that of joe's knowledge and already exsiting studio to create the tracks. we had known kevin for a few years and after a few stints himself in local bands we asked him to join to round us out even more in the studio and live.
