Artist description
Jenifer Jackson is an alluring vocalist and gifted composer, crafting a host of tuneful songs so pure they seem void of ego. Between each lush vibrato and vivid hush, Jackson's voice rings irresistibly classic over guitar, drums and strings as she wonders at the beautiful people, joy and pain, and the infinite mystery of romance. |

Artist History
Jenifer moved to New York City from Boston in 1996, leaving behind the memories of her first band, "The American Gladiators U.K." An EP entitled "Love Lane" (produced by David Poe) came out that year, and the current band took its present form. The new CD "Slowly Bright" is the distillation of several years of writing, playing, and recording with a galaxy of musicians including John Abbey, Jay Bellerose, Oren Bloedow, Paul Bryan, Mark Hutchins, David Poe, and Jane Scarpantoni. |
