Artist description In early 1998, drummer Bruce Chouinard joined forces with Phil Evans, Chris Mieras, Riko Ramirez, and Felipe Reyes to form a heavy metal original band called humanNail. humanNail has a wide variety of influence. The music is a combination of Progressive metal, Alternative , Grind core, and regular old rock and roll. It has been a mutual decision however, not to try to encompass any one style in their writing. On their self produced debut CD "My world", with the help of Image Recording owner and engineer,Joel Parker, humanNail was able to capture the raw power of their live performance. From the infectious life battles of "Long Gone Yesterday" to the Metal Rap grind of "Swallow Me Down", humanNail has the ability to take you from one musical world to the next without skipping a beat.

Artist History The current line-up has been together for about 2 years. We started as a cover band playing shit like AIC and Soundgarden, all the way to DIO. We all got tired of doing other peoples' music and decided to try our own writing. We wanted to see what we really had as an 'original' band. We ended up picking up Chris Mieras (ex-lead singer from Metal Blades "WARDOG"). We are currently gearing up for small CD promotional tours in the south-west area.
