Artist History
JOSEPH grew up listening to the Cream, Led Zepplin and the James Gang.
Seeing their first american tours he was inspired by the energy and
musicianship of Clapton, Page, and Walsh. Switching from 6 string to Bass guitar in his Florida college
band named Harpoon, Joseph toured Florida and Georgia playing The Allman Bros, Lynard Skynard,
Marshall Tucker, Doobie Bros. and top 40 tunes of the early 70's. Later touring large concert venues in Europe until they disbanded in '76.
A member of ASCAP for 18 years he attended the ASCAP songwriters workshop in 77 with Arthur Hamilton(Cry Me A River)and joined BMI as a writer/publisher member for this album. |
